COVID-19 Information
On May 5, 2023 the WHO ended the Public Health Emergency of International Concern declaration.
We feel confident to give you some advice similar to last year, as of course the pandemic is not over and COVID-19 is still there, and still people catch it and may get seriously ill.
So - please still use your common sense to make Revision for you and everyone else as enjoyable as last year!
Measures
These are the measures by us and you that we offer or highly recommend:
- Make sure to arrive healthy.
It may sound like a stupid thing to say, but Revision is a rather “closed” event and in order to avoid catching COVID during the event it is best to have everyone arrive without having it caught before. Thus… - …Self-isolate and test the week before
In order to actually arrive healthy we highly recommend that you try to isolate yourself the week before Revision as good as possible. This advice also helps with pretty much any other disease. Additionally, please do run a series of daily self-tests 3 or 4 days prior to departure. - Have your vaccination updated
Check the recommendations of your country and/or doctor concerning a COVID-19 vaccination and have it updated when appropriate. - Test during the event
We highly recommend to test daily during the event or at least, when you’re not feeling well. Please bring your own tests, as we unfortunately will only be able to provide some base amount of tests. - Feel free to wear masks when you feel like it!
Nobody will think you’re strange when you want to wear a mask inside the party hall or in places where many people share very few space. We’ll provide some base amount of masks. - Show, how you feel
We’ll provide colored stickers or buttons so that you can show to others whether you’re fine with close contact or not - Practice good hygiene
While this always has been a good advice during events like Revision, try to practice good hygiene maybe even a bit more :-)
